The course culminates in a unique and memorable moment in our charming cave in the Sassi: here, we’ll prepare and taste the dishes we’ve created together. A collective preparation guided by our chef, followed by a tasting of your dishes, accompanied by pairings and stories of local wines (Aglianico, Greco, etc.).
